Well, we’re happy to introduce you to the Community Managers (CM) for the Xbox Ambassador Program—Mister Taxel, MissAshesX, Mister Rezzee, and Miss EnolaCat! Ooo, ahh!
What exactly is an CM? Good question. A CM is your single point of contact for anything and everything. Whether you have a question about a mission, interested in helping gamers better, or want to make sure your voice is heard—your CM is here for you—that’s right—YOU. They are the one person you will be able to talk to and get real-time responses. Plus, their number one goal is to provide you with the best Ambassador experience.
I’m extremely excited to be a part of this team and the Xbox Ambassador Program. Some personal notes about myself—I’ve been playing Xbox since the console launched back in 2001 and particularly enjoy sports simulators, shooters, and RPG’s. Current favorites are Madden, NBA 2K, PUBG, Battlefield 1, and I’ve just been getting into Mass Effect (I know, super late). I also love pretty much anything Bethesda. If it’s related to Star Wars, I’m probably a fan. When I’m not on Xbox, I’m spending time with friends outside (camping, hiking, etc.), reading, and enjoying board and tabletop games.
I’m super excited to be part of the Cobalt team and the Xbox Ambassador Program! I’ve known about the Xbox Ambassador Program since I began my tenure with Xbox in 2013 with the Xbox Live Rewards team, so who wouldn’t take the chance to work directly with such a passionate group of people? A bit of my background: I played a lot of MMROPGs and was a WoW addict (for the Horde!), then transitioned to casual gamer/outdoor enthusiast. If I’m not online, you’ll find me hiking a trail, riding my bike, walking my dog, or chillaxing. Looking forward to immersing myself more in the community. I love to chit-chat, so don’t be shy to hit me up. 🙂
I am beyond excited to be a part of the Xbox Ambassador Team, and I’m looking forward to getting to know all of you! I’m told the Gamerscore brag is essential, and I’m currently sitting at 91,777 that I’ve earned over the 10 years I’ve been playing on Xbox. My favorite game series is Halo, which has been a huge part of my life tracing back to the LAN parties of Combat Evolved in 2001. Other games that are near and dear to my heart include Alan Wake, Red Dead Redemption, Forza Horizon, Sunset Overdrive, and The Witcher series. As you’ll find out, I play pretty much everything except for MOBA games. As a resident of the Pacific Northwest for a little less than 10 years, I do like to get outside when it’s not raining. I’m a bit of a road trip addict. One of my favorite things to do is to get into my WRX and pick a direction and drive until I feel like turning around, even if that turns into a multiple day drive! I love to write, I’m learning to play the guitar, and music is a big inspiration for me. I can’t wait to jump in with the greatest community of gamers!
I’m thrilled to be part of the Xbox Ambassador Team and the new CM of Team Promethium. So, who is Miss EnolaCat? I’m a Seattle native with deep roots in the game industry (Riot Games, Unity3D) and the Xbox community. I’m passionate about video games, graphic design, comics, music, and monster movies and/or the entirety of the horror genre. I’ve been gaming since the Atari 2600, but discovered my love for building friendships and community through gaming on Xbox with Halo 2 multiplayer and endless battles of capture the flag in the Blood Gultch. I play a little bit of everything, but I’m partial to horror games like Dead by Daylight, RPG’s like the Elder Scrolls, Fallout, Dragon Age, or KOTOR (pretty much anything Bethesda or Bioware) and battle royales like Fortnite … llama, llama, llama! I’ve also been playing WoW since vanilla (for the Horde) and I’ve been known to hit Summoner’s Rift with Heimerdinger now and again on League of Legends—I love yordles! When I’m not gaming, I’m hiking with my dog or exploring a national park and camping. I’m excited to work with the amazing gamers in the Xbox community as a long-time member myself. You can find me on Discord and Twitter to ask questions and talk games!
The CM’s help every single Ambassador engage with the program to the best extent possible, and you will know the one person you can go to make sure your voice is heard. Each Ambassador is assigned to a specific CM’s team. So, when you join the program, you will be contacted by your CM so you know whose team you’re on and how to best contact them for all your Ambassador needs. The best thing about having your own CM is you can go to them for anything, such as gamer to gamer support questions, general Ambassador-related questions, and for any recommendations or thoughts you have regarding the program!
