Last 30 Days Of Season 18

Hello Xbox Ambassador!

In the final stretch of Season 18, we want to thank everyone who has shared feedback on the new Levels structure. We have started to make some of these changes already, like reducing the number of friends/followers added to complete the Friending and Follower missions. Now, when you make a new friend/follower, we want to celebrate Ambassadors making those connections on Xbox!

Oh, and your Level will soon reflect in your Xbox Ambassador Badge when you are gaming on Xbox. The current Xbox Ambassador badge will be removed, and your Level badge will take its place. As you level up, it will update too. So, if you are currently a Level 2, it’ll become a Level 2 badge. And when you Level up to 3, then the badge will update to the Level 3 badge. Enjoy the extra bling!

If you have other feedback to share—regarding missions or Levels or anything else—please be sure to check the XA Missions page for available surveys. We appreciate hearing from you all, and your suggestions help make the Xbox Ambassador experience even better!

In addition to the updates made to Levels, we also have some other important news you may or may not already be aware of.

After much consideration, we have decided to retire the Responder tool and turn off Twitter Missions via Responder effective June 1, 2020. However, this does not mean you can’t still engage with @XboxSupport tweets! If you continue helping people on Twitter, visit the Xbox Ambassadors Mission Page to self-report your conversations.

Thank you for being a part of the Xbox Ambassadors.
