Season Three starts tomorrow, and with that in mind, we’ve been hard at work designing and implementing features to make July our best month yet! This week’s program updates are focused around messaging – from making Day One as an Ambassador even easier to providing you with more immediate information about Missions and Rewards. In addition to these features, we also turned our attention to some existing tools in order to make your interaction with them as seamless as possible.
Starting today, it’ll be easier than ever before to know what’s going on with the Xbox Ambassadors Program! We’ve added a side tray and toasts to the mobile and desktop views of the website, and we’ll be using them to update you about newly announced Missions, prizes available on your Rewards page and much more.
We’ve talked a lot about Ambassadors on YouTube in our monthly newsletters and on Twitter, but now you can find information about it on the Join page. You’ll be able to access the application from here and also see whether or not we’re currently recruiting new AmbassaTubers!
A guided walkthrough is now part of our “Getting Started” experience! New Ambassadors will be able to use this feature to learn more about the ins-and-outs of the Program.
We made some tweaks to the “Report a Bug” tool in the hopes of providing more clarity around the types of details that help us act on your reports as well as to improve the general look of the page.
Previously, we’d received reports that sign-in could result in a loop. We’ve taken steps to fix this, as we don’t want anything standing between our Ambassadors and their good times!
